- Two-character names
- Holders of two-letter names must not falsely imply a connection to a government.

- UDRP, URS and the ICANN transfer dispute rules apply.
- Transfer
- With an auth code (auth info) under the ICANN Transfer Policy. A lock period applies after a new registration or transfer.
