- Allocation
- First come, first served.
- Characters
- Digits, letters and hyphen, no accents or special characters.
- Use
- In the interest of the museum community, not contrary to the ICOM Code of Ethics, not solely for resale.
- Term
- 1 to 10 years per registration or renewal (ICANN Registry Agreement).
- Transfer
- With an auth code (auth info) under the ICANN Transfer Policy. A lock period applies after a new registration or transfer.
- After expiry
- Restore possible during the Redemption Grace Period (ICANN rules).
